We worked with a large insurance mutual to successfully project manage the migration of actuarial reporting processes in order to support Solvency II compliance. In turn this work helped the company achieve Internal Model approval with the PRA, a financial benefit to the group of c.£200m.

Software Decommissioning.

We project managed the implementation of a new data manipulation tool into a client’s business, allowing them to decommission existing license and support costs of £120k per annum.
Remediation & Redress.
We are experts in designing and delivering solutions which fix the flow of non-compliance with regulations and redress customers for financial losses they may have incurred. We fixed 9 separate issues relating to Business Banking customers for one of our client’s, remediating the problems and making compensation payments of £1.3m.

Whatever your vision, we can help you achieve it. We project managed the simplification of a client’s Business Banking Portfolio, moving customers on bespoke charging arrangements to on-sale standard products. This achieved reduced operating costs and increased revenues by £2m per annum.
